Please be advised of these important notes prior to season start July 4/5.
1. Match schedule. This will be communicated by NWSF this week.
2. School holidays. Games will be played in the school holidays. If you are away please advise your team coach and manager a minimum 1 week in advance. Please try to source replacement players from other teams to minimise forfeits. Forfeits must be advised to your age coordinator and registrar Wed prior to the game.
3. Uniform and equipment. Weil Park hall will be open for balls, cones, bibs, shorts, socks, tops etc at the following times.
Sat 27th June – 10.00am – 12.00pm
Sat 4th July – 8.30am – 10.00am
Sat 11th July – 8.30am – 10.00am
Juniors u6-u11 can also collect their club training top at these times, 1 per player.
4 Game day team strips. Coaches and Managers have these and will hand out prior to first game.
5. Wet weather. Check the Council website for closed fields. Council have committed to this being updated by 2pm each day. If it is not updated call 9879 9400.
6. Training times: Gladesville Reserve and Weil Park have been booked 4pm-9pm Tues, Wed, Thurs and 4pm-7pm Mon and Fri.
7. Floodlights. If the floodlights are not on or switch off too early call the Council duty officer immediately 0408 461 996. Keep this number in your phone. email registrar@ashhfc.com.au to keep track of all issues.
8. Covid 19 restrictions. Continue to social distance, maintain hand hygiene and cough/sneeze etiquette. Do not attend games or training if unwell. Formal guidelines fro Football NSW will be circulated separately.
