Please find attached minutes from All Saints HHFC AGM held 9 Nov 2019. All members are encouraged to acquaint themselves with the club’s goals, priorities, financial status and call out for 2020 volunteers.

Please note that the level of volunteers for the Men’s and mixed minis teams increased in 2019 which is great. However, Kath Keevers has now retired as Women’s Vice President after 6 years of tremendous work and success growing the women’s and girls side of the club. We now urgently require 4 volunteers from Women and Girls teams to fill the following roles:
Women Vice President
Women Registrar
Women Teams Coordinator
Girl Teams Coordinator

The roles need to be filled in order for the teams to be organised to play in 2020.
